The Classic Westy worm is a legendary lure that has been a staple out in the west for over 40+ years. Earning its reputation mostly in Arizona & California on those highly pressured waters. This bait seems to excel on those tough days of fishing, that back stinger hook eliminates short strikes and gets those stingy bass to the boat when no other lure can. Hop it along the bottom or on top of rocky structure, hover it out in open water, Use it with your Forward Facing Sonar, or pitch it up next to dock pylons this old school bait is still producing bites even in modern times.

The Classic Westy worm has long been a popular lure for anglers across the United States, when we took over the company we were given what was left of the worm bodies & jig heads. Since then with the support from our valued customers, we have been dwindling down that stock of worms & jig heads. The company who originally manufactured these worms & heads back in the early 80s has since then gone out of business. This means that these Westy worms that we sell here on our website are at an extremely low stock level. And once they are gone we don’t have the materials to continue making them.
We will continue to tie & sell what little of the Classics we have left but moving forward into the future we will eventually run out of supplies to make and sell the Classic Westy Worm. The good news is that we have been working hard in testing & developing a new Product similar to the famed Classic Westy Worm: The Westy Worm 2.0, this new worm is made the exact same way, super float plastic, still hand tied one at a time & produces the same action of the legendary Classic Westy Worm. We are sad to see such a great lure slowly becoming unavailable but we are excited for the future and the new Westy Worm 2.0. Get the classics while you can because once they are gone, they are gone for good.
